Great Ormond Street Hospital

Campaign to raise awareness amongst the general public and decision-makers about rare diseases and their impact on patients' lives.

With organisations taking part nationwide, my campaign was top of the #RareDiseaseDay hashtag.

It reached over 94,000 people across Instagram, Twitter and Facebook (unpaid), was shared or retweeted 225 times and liked 1864 times.
